We integrate Boltz, OpenFold, and ColabFold to rapidly predict accurate biomolecular structures—enabling quality metric comparisons and high-throughput screening.

Properties prediction Our platform analyzes sequences to uncover stability, solubility, modification sites, signal peptides, localization, and antimicrobial or antiviral properties and much more.

Denovo generation We harness AI-driven models like ESM2, ProTrek, and Pinal to create novel protein designs, instantly validating them through integrated folding and property predictions.
